How to measure

Designer sizing varies by brand and style. Use this guide to measure yourself, then check the product description for fit notes. Still unsure? Our stylists are happy to help.

How to measure

Chest Measure around the fullest part of your chest, under your arms, keeping the tape level.
Waist Measure around your natural waistline, where you normally wear your pants.
Hips Stand with feet together and measure around the fullest part of your hips.
Inseam Measure a pair of pants that fits you well, from the crotch seam to the bottom of the leg.

Denim

Designer denim is sized by waist in inches, so a 32 fits a 32-inch waist. If you are between sizes, choose the larger size for a relaxed fit or the smaller size for a close fit, since many premium jeans ease slightly with wear.

Tees, hoodies and sweatsuits

Look for the fit in the product name or description. Pieces labeled skate, oversized or boxy are cut roomy, so consider your usual size or one size down. Pieces labeled slim fit closer to the body, so consider sizing up if you prefer room.

Ground and Standard Shipping (U.S. customers)

Orders placed before 12:00 p.m. EST Monday to Friday go out the same day. Delivery within 3-7 business days after placing your order ( depending on your delivery address ).

We will send you a confirmation email once your order has been shipped. Please allow 24 hours for your tracking information to update. You can track your package at www.ups.com.

All orders will be shipped by UPS.

At its discretion, UPS will attempt one to two deliveries. If someone is not present to accept the package, UPS may decide not to leave it at the designated address and the package may be held for pick up at your local ups office or returned to sender. If your package is not left at the designated address, please contact your local ups office for details.

Expedited Next Day Shipping (Excluding Weekend)

Orders must be placed before 12:00 p.m. EST to go out the same day. Orders placed after 12:00 p.m. EST will be processed the following business day. Orders placed after 12:00 p.m. on a Friday or on the weekend will be processed on Monday.

P.O. Boxes

DUTIES AND TAXES (non-U.S. customers)

Duties and import taxes for your country are calculated and paid at checkout, so the total you see is the total you pay. No surprise fees when your package arrives.

How do I return an item?


Online Orders:

No refund, exchange only policy. Please note that we will only offer exchanges or online gift cards. To qualify for an exchange, all items must be in the same condition in which you received them. We offer a 15 day exchange window for eligible merchandise.

Customers are responsible for the cost of a return shipping.

Original shipping charges will not be credited or refunded when exchanging items.

Sale item(s) are not eligible for exchange. All sale items and undergarments are Final.



When I request an exchange, will the item be held for me?

When your exchange is setup we place your item on hold. Although we do attempt to hold your item, we cannot 100% guarantee that our warehouse will be able to successfully hold your item so we suggest that you ship your item back as soon as possible.

How can I check the status?

You will be emailed when your item(s) arrives at our warehouse.
We will notify you again (within 7 business days) when your exchange has been completed.
Please contact Customer Service for further information about your exchange.

How long will it take for my exchange to be processed?

Once we have received your merchandise at our warehouse, it should take approximately 7 business days to complete.

About DITA: DITA was founded in 1995 in Laguna Beach, California, by friends Jeff Solorio and John Juniper. The house is celebrated for luxury eyewear produced with master Japanese craftsmen, marrying vintage-inspired design with exacting construction.
