Welcome to PureAtlanta.com, the online store of Pure, with stores at Lenox Square in Atlanta and the Houston Galleria. By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Products and authenticity

Every item we sell is authentic. We work hard to show colors, details and sizing accurately, but screens vary and we cannot guarantee that every display is exact. Product availability is not guaranteed until your order is confirmed and shipped.

Pricing and orders

All prices are in U.S. dollars. If a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information because of an error, we may refuse or cancel any order for that product, even after it has been confirmed and charged. If your payment has been charged for an order we cancel, we will refund it in full. We may also limit or cancel orders that appear to be fraudulent or placed by resellers.

Promotions

Only one discount or promotion may be used per order unless an offer says otherwise. Offers cannot be applied to past purchases and may end at any time.

Shipping, returns and exchanges

Our Shipping Policy and Return & Exchange Policy are part of these Terms. International orders are shipped with duties and import taxes collected at checkout.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your account login secure and for activity under your account. Please let us know right away if you believe your account has been used without your permission.

Reviews and content you share

If you post a review, photo or other content on our site or tag us on social media, you give Pure permission to use, display and share that content in connection with our business. Please do not post anything that is unlawful, misleading, offensive or that belongs to someone else. We may remove content at our discretion.

Email and text messages

If you sign up for emails or texts, you agree to receive marketing messages from Pure. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in our emails or by replying STOP to our texts. Please see our Privacy Policy for how we handle your information.

Intellectual property

The content on this site, including text, photos, graphics, logos and design, belongs to Pure or our brand partners and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. Brand names and logos of the designers we carry belong to their owners. You may not copy, reproduce or use our content for commercial purposes without our written permission.

Please do not misuse the site, including by attempting to interfere with how it works, scraping it, or using it for anything unlawful.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, about the site, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not promise that the site will always be available or error-free.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Pure will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or products bought from it. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute relating to these Terms or the site will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Fulton County, Georgia, unless the law requires otherwise.
