Giuseppe Zanotti X Pure
Born in a small Italian village, San Mauro Pascoli, where shoe manufacturing had been the primary industry for decades, Giuseppe Zanotti was quite literally born into the industry. Growing up Zanotti considered himself an artistic person but what really inspired him was the women of Italy. He believed that women’s shoes at the time didn’t reflect their beauty or the changing times of society.
Once Zanotti turned 18 he got his start working in an Italian shoe factory to gain knowledge on the footwear industry. He continued to work his way up to working for some of the most well-known fashion houses and eventually launched his label, Giuseppe Zanotti Design in 1994. He began creating women’s footwear that pushed the boundaries while applying the Italian craftsmanship techniques he’d been learning since he was 18. The first Giuseppe Zanotti store opened in Milan in 2000 and was followed by stores in London, Stockholm, New York, Moscow, Paris, and Dubai. Since then the label has been expanded to include mens footwear, handbags, and jewelry.
Giuseppe Zanotti footwear focuses on quality, safety, and creating eye-catching shoes that look like works of art. Each pair of shoes are handmade in Italy with the highest quality of leather and silk. The shoes are also designed to fit perfectly so you can remain comfortable while looking stylish in Zanotti’s exquisite designs. The celebrity-loved brand has collaborated with multiple artists to create out-of-the-box and limited edition footwear designs. Rapper Swae Lee collaborated with Zanotti in 2020 to create bright, floral, and elegant sneakers, dress shoes, and even a pair of glitter ankle boots. The label also partnered with Young Thug to release a style of sneakers they call the “
Cobras” which have a 3D cobra that wraps around the body of the shoe. Other celebrities with Giuseppe collaborations include Kanye West and Zayn Malik.
