How to take each body measurement
Measurement How to measure
Chest Measure around the fullest part of your chest, under your arms, keeping the tape level.
Waist Measure around your natural waistline, where you normally wear your pants.
Hips Stand with feet together and measure around the fullest part of your hips.
Inseam Measure a pair of pants that fits you well, from the crotch seam to the bottom of the leg.

Denim

Designer denim is sized by waist in inches, so a 32 fits a 32-inch waist. If you are between sizes, choose the larger size for a relaxed fit or the smaller size for a close fit, since many premium jeans ease slightly with wear. Kash denim fits true to size.

Tees, hoodies and sweatsuits

Look for the fit in the product name or description. Pieces labeled skate, oversized or boxy are cut roomy, so consider your usual size or one size down. Pieces labeled slim fit closer to the body, so consider sizing up if you prefer room. The Royal Life King sweater runs small, so size up.

How much does shipping cost?

Ground shipping is free on US orders over $175. Faster methods and orders under $150 show their price at checkout before you pay. Orders over $500 need a signature on delivery, so your package arrives safely.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, with UPS Worldwide. Shipping options and costs show at checkout, and duties and import taxes for your country are calculated and paid there too. The total you see is the total you pay.

Can I ship to a P.O. box?

We ship to street addresses with UPS. Some P.O. box and APO addresses can be shipped with USPS; contact us before ordering.

Can I exchange something I bought online?

Yes. Full-price items can be exchanged within 14 days of delivery, in the same condition you received them, for another size, another item, or an online gift card. We offer exchanges only, no refunds. Return shipping is paid by the customer, and the original shipping charge isn’t refunded. Sale items and underwear are final sale.

How do exchanges work?

  1. Text (404) 808-2115 or email hello@pureatlanta.com with your order number and what you’d like instead. We’ll place the new item on hold.
  2. Ship your item back to the address below as soon as you can. Holds aren’t guaranteed, so sooner is better.
  3. We’ll email you when it arrives and again when your exchange is complete, usually within 7 business days.

Which days don’t you ship?

Our warehouse is closed on New Year’s Day, Martin Luther King Jr. Day, Presidents’ Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, the day after Thanksgiving and Christmas Day.
