How to measure

Designer sizing varies by brand and style. Use this guide to measure yourself, then check the product description for fit notes. Still unsure? Our stylists are happy to help.

How to measure

How to take each body measurement
Measurement	How to measure
Chest	Measure around the fullest part of your chest, under your arms, keeping the tape level.
Waist	Measure around your natural waistline, where you normally wear your pants.
Hips	Stand with feet together and measure around the fullest part of your hips.
Inseam	Measure a pair of pants that fits you well, from the crotch seam to the bottom of the leg.

Denim

Designer denim is sized by waist in inches, so a 32 fits a 32-inch waist. If you are between sizes, choose the larger size for a relaxed fit or the smaller size for a close fit, since many premium jeans ease slightly with wear. Kash denim fits true to size.

Tees, hoodies and sweatsuits

Look for the fit in the product name or description. Pieces labeled skate, oversized or boxy are cut roomy, so consider your usual size or one size down. Pieces labeled slim fit closer to the body, so consider sizing up if you prefer room. The Royal Life King sweater runs small, so size up.

Charcoal denim, paint splatter and rips, built to be noticed.

RTA's Clayton is a skinny five-pocket jean in distressed charcoal denim, hit with white paint splatter and rips. A contrast white RTA logo is embroidered on the front, and pintuck dagger seams run down the back of the legs. Wear it out at night with a black tee and boots, or keep it casual with clean sneakers.

White paint splatter and rips — a worn-in, artist-studio look from day one
Pintuck dagger seams on the back legs — a detail most skinny jeans skip
Embroidered contrast RTA logo and leather back patch — subtle branding that reads premium
Skinny five-pocket cut — a sharp line from hip to hem

Style it: Pair with a black graphic tee and black boots to let the paint work speak. Shop more RTA.
