Ground and Standard Shipping (U.S. customers)

Delivery within 3-7 business days after placing your order ( depending on your delivery address ).

We will send you a confirmation email once your order has been shipped. Please allow 24 hours for your tracking information to update. You can track your package at www.ups.com.

All orders will be shipped by UPS.

At its discretion, UPS will attempt one to two deliveries. If someone is not present to accept the package, UPS may decide not to leave it at the designated address and the package may be held for pick up at your local ups office or returned to sender. If your package is not left at the designated address, please contact your local ups office for details.

 

Expedited Next Day Shipping (Excluding Weekend)

Orders must be placed before 12:00 p.m. EST to go out the same day. Orders placed after 12:00 p.m. EST will be processed the following business day. Orders placed after 12:00 p.m. on a Friday or on the weekend will be processed on Monday.

2nd Day Shipping

Orders must be placed before 12:00 p.m. EST to go out the same day. Orders placed after 12:00 p.m. EST will be processed the following business day. Orders placed after 12:00 p.m. on a Friday or on the weekend will be processed on Monday.

3 Day Select Shipping

Orders must be placed before 4:30 p.m. EST to go out the same day. Orders placed after 4:30 p.m. EST will be processed the following business day. Orders placed after 4:30 p.m. on a Friday or on the weekend will be processed on Monday.

 

P.O. Boxes

Orders submitted with a P.O. box for shipping address will not be processed. (exceptions may apply for some P.O. box and APO addresses and orders will be shipped via USPS).

 

SHIPPING (non-U.S. customers)

For customers outside of the U.S. we ship with UPS Worldwide, shipping rates and options are available at the checkout.

DUTY AND TAX (non-U.S. customers)

Please be aware that Duty and Tax may apply for your order according to the country of destination. (DUTY AND TAX ARE NOT INCLUDED IN THE SHIPPING COST).

IN STORE POLICY: For in store purchases we only accept exchanges 7 days from the purchase. No refunds, all sales are final.

How do I return an item?


Online Orders:

No refund, exchange only policy. Please note that we will only offer exchanges or online gift cards. To qualify for an exchange, all items must be in the same condition in which you received them. We offer a 15 day exchange window for eligible merchandise.

Customers are responsible for the cost of a return shipping. 

Original shipping charges will not be credited or refunded when exchanging items.

Sale item(s) are not eligible for exchange. All sale items and undergarments are Final.



When I request an exchange, will the item be held for me?

When your exchange is setup we place your item on hold. Although we do attempt to hold your item, we cannot 100% guarantee that our warehouse will be able to successfully hold your item so we suggest that you ship your item back as soon as possible.

How can I check the status?

You will be emailed when your item(s) arrives at our warehouse.
We will notify you again (within 7 business days) when your exchange has been completed.
Please contact Customer Service for further information about your exchange.

How long will it take for my exchange to be processed?

Once we have received your merchandise at our warehouse, it should take approximately 7 business days to complete.
